Enclave at Pamalee Square

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for five years and have truly enjoyed my experience. The renovations have been a great improvement, and I really appreciate that the community is gated. The staff and maintenance team are always helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which makes living here stress-free. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it.

The process was quick and easy, applied on a Thursday and moved on Friday. Customer service was very friendly, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Cockroach show up no matter what time of year it is. The staff is not helpful. I contacted management about the roaches. All they do is send people to spray roach spray. This obviously does not help! They do not find the source of the roaches. Every time I complain all the do is spray and rinse and repeat every month. Do not rent here!

I rented my Apt online when I used to live in the west coast without even checking it out in person,as it was recommended to me by one of my co-workers who already lived there, I just loved everything about it, it makes you forget that you live in Fayetteville,it was really sad to move out of it.
It's sophisticated, new, and stylish kind of place, gated, clean, organized, has a gym and a pool, laundry room, business center, BBQ grills and everything someone's needs to make that place a perfect… home to live at.
Mangement is outstanding, very helpful and fast reponders to tenants requests, if i didn't have to relocate for work I would've been living there still for sure. Read More
