Lake Clair Apartments

We loved living at Lake Clair! We unfortunately recently had to move because of a job relocation, but our time there was wonderful! All of the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, including the landlord Tammy, office staff Natalie, and maintenance staff John. They consistently fixed any issues, even incredibly minor issues (like a towel bar missing) almost immediately (like within a couple of hours!). I was afraid of NC bugs/water roaches, but they are very diligent spraying multiple… times a year, and we never had an issue at all. Some of the apartments have washer/dryer hookups, and while ours did not, the laundry room on-site was always well-maintained. It was quiet, clean, and peaceful. Our neighbors were all incredibly very nice and friendly, and we never had a problem with noise or parties at all. The majority of the tenants are young professionals, military, and retired people. The landscaping and lake is absolutely beautiful! (We even had our wedding portraits taken right on the apartment grounds!) You can fish in the lake if you live at the complex as well. We never had problems with crime, and I always felt very safe. Police officers lived in the building on and off during the time we lived there and at times would park their squad cars there when off-duty, which increased our feeling of safety. The apartments also have security alarm systems, which is well-displayed on every door. It was also incredibly affordable and centrally located to everything in Fayetteville, in a nice area (mostly family-friendly, safe neighborhoods and medical office buildings). I am so glad I moved here. I have anxiety and it took a lot of courage for me to move out on my own. I was really worried about my safety, with me being single...but this place is so quiet and I feel like there is a sense of community and that we look out for each other. Most everyone says hello when you pass them or gives a wave. I may live alone but I really never feel alone! The one bedroom apartments are clean and nice, and they were kind enough to let me have my cats here, too!…

Maintenance is friendly and helpful ( which is great for me because I go to school full-time online and work full time...so I don't have time or money to fix things-a big plus with renting!), and the surroundings are serene and soothing! I live by the lake side, but they also have a pool side option. I like to be able to walk along the lake or look out at the scenery. It's such a great place to live and I highly recommend it! For a single person or couple these units, and the entire complex, are exceptional in every respect.

Easy access to all of Fayetteville, particularly the medical community.
