3 Bedroom, 2 Bath All Inclusive

The complex here is quiet and well maintained. Maintenance responds quickly, and they are helpful. I wanted a ceiling fan in the living room, and a maintenance tech helped me install it. The all inclusive option is nice in my opinion. Valet waste company will pick your trash up each night at your door if you're lazy me. We've lived here for over 4 years now, cannot really find much to complain about.

Not just another apt complex

I've been living in my apartment complex for almost 3 yrs now. The women that work in the leasing office not only knew me by face but by name by the time I filled out my application. They were very welcoming. Throughout the years any issues that I've had they have fixed on the spot or in minimal time. They have events that make you feel like everyone in the complex is one big family. Which is very special to me being in the military stationed so far from home. I just resigned my lease. … I'll live here until the army days my time in nc is up.

I recommend Legacy at Cross Creek 100%

I love living at Legacy at Cross Creek! The staff is very friendly and super helpful! They truly are here to assist with any of your needs. I love how involved they are. Every holiday they send you an email wishing you the best with some short historical facts. For Easter they hide eggs around the complex for the little ones to find. There's always something fun going on, ice cream parties, community outings, donation centers around Christmas, and the blood bank comes out about once a month.… When you need maintenance you just email a request and they come out to fix any issue, they even alert you when they're in your apartment via email if you're not home! The grounds are clean and well kept. And let's not forget the amenities! The pool is always sparkling, the gym is 24hours, a car wash, a grilling area, basketball and tennis courts, and of course a dog park! I love it here...you will too!
