First time renting on my own & I would recommend The Regency to anyone. The Management is very nice & understanding & helpful. The apartments are nice, I love them I would give 10 stars if it were possible. There’s even a Dog Park!

Staff is amazement. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I have some issues with my fridge on move in and it was resolved quickly and professionally. Best apartment layouts and community is friendly and quiet.

I’ve been living here for about 3 years and I have no complaints. Minor issues are addressed and resolved almost immediately! Never had any issues with bugs. And maintenance is always right on time

Just moved in about two weeks ago with My Husband and we couldn’t be happier with our new place together! Thank to the lovely staff and beautifully kept pool and gym space we feel right at home!

Great first apartment, close to fort bragg and close to a lot of stores, restaurants, and fast food places. The pool is lovely too. No bug issues inside either except for your occasional southern bugs outside. The maintenance men Diego & Rafael are kind and quick to finish work orders no matter how tedious. Neighbors are also very friendly, lovely community
