10/10 would recommend Regency!!

The maintenance staff, Diego and Rafael, are always friendly and smiling even when busy. They keep the property looking great as well as handling all work orders quickly and correctly. Patience, the property manager, is also very friendly as well as helpful. She’s always hosting community events, keeping everyone updated about anything happening here, and is great at keeping the property going daily.

I love my home!

This is a great place to reside! Friendly neighborhood, the grounds are manicured often, and the maintenance team is prompt with answering service calls. I am happy to be apart of this community.

Peaceful Apartments

First time renting on my own & I would recommend The Regency to anyone. The Management is very nice & understanding & helpful. The apartments are nice, I love them I would give 10 stars if it were possible. There’s even a Dog Park!

Great staff and maintenance

Staff is amazement. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I have some issues with my fridge on move in and it was resolved quickly and professionally. Best apartment layouts and community is friendly and quiet.

Love my complex!

I’ve been living here for about 3 years and I have no complaints. Minor issues are addressed and resolved almost immediately! Never had any issues with bugs. And maintenance is always right on time
