Community is over all nice. The neighbors and people in the community are friendly even the children. A few issues with the apartment itself but as long as it is worked on I am satisfied with everything.

If there were some improvements I would rate a 5. The gym needs better equipment. The laundry room machines require cleaning more often. Having a dishwasher installed would be amazing.

Apartment is nice and peaceful. My only complaint about this whole property is the parking. Although the signs say all visitors must park down by the pool or will be towed that is not the case at all. Instead half of the parking lot is full of people who do not live here and I have to park down by the pool. If it's not the visitors taking all the parking spots then it's broke down vehicles sitting in the good parking spots for months now. Like I said this is my only complaint. Everything else I... love and enjoy my peaceful "home" and staff is great!

Really enjoying the place with family. A good place to call home. it is very spacious and roomy, i enjoy coming home from work and spending time with the kids in the living room watching tv.
