Bryan Woods Apartment is an apartment community in Garner, NC
The office staff and maintenance staff are super friendly and helpful! They have made moving in a wonderful experience. The apartments are older so it takes some time to adjust to no over head lighting in several rooms, but that’s a easy fix with floor lamps. The hardwood laminate flooring is beautiful, and they’re working on upgrading the apartments. The community is quite and they have an on-site security officer. The apartment has an alarm system. I have really been impressed with the quick... response to my maintenance request. The best part is you are close to Amazon, White Oak, and 70 & 401 area. I would recommend Bryan Woods to be a great place to live.

Rental Manager is Incompetent Moron
Before filling out the application, I told the office manager that I would pay the application fee via a paperless check electronically delivered by my bank. After sitting down and spending almost half an hour filling out the miscellany (eye color, weight, etc) required to be considered for tenancy in this decrepit neighborhood, I was informed by the aforementioned moron that, if I wanted to pay the application fee electronically, I would need to do the entire application electronically. Why,... then, had my (very large and visible) wrist brace and I been sitting there writing by hand for thirty minutes? Excellent question. Final review: I recommend applying for, let alone obtaining, tenancy at Bryan Woods Apartments solely to masochists. For the rest, I hope this review will save you from a painful afternoon.
