Save yourself the time

Staff turnover is crazy high, and the apartments themselves have a lot of structural and cosmetic issues, including uninsulated windows and bad wiring. I was treated very poorly on moving out, despite being a resident in good standing for 5 years. Don't waste your time with them.

Professional office staff, nice location

The office staff is extremely helpful the property manager handles business you can tell she cares about the community. The complex is a little older, but you can’t beat the price or the location I would recommend it.

Great little apartment

The community is small and quiet. I’ve been living here for about four months and it’s been really nice the ladies in the office are awesome

Wonderful!

I've lived at a number of different apartment complexes in Raleigh over the years and this is the first place I've lived where I feel like it's actually a Home! My neighbors are friendly and respectful and the office staff is amazing. The maintenance guys here seem really fast and they always come and ACTUALLY FIX YOUR STUFF, which was so amazingly refreshing from the past experiences I've had! Loving it here! Thank you!

Very clean

I love how the property is kept very nice. The office staff is very friendly and inviting. I told someone I was tired in the office and she actually made me a cup coffee. How sweet.
