Very nice staff

This was a very nice place to live for the years I lived there, office staff was very nice always solving my problems in a timely manor. Maintenance very good and prompt does the best he can being the only one on the property but ALWAYS fixed my problems same day or next day. Neighbors are nice stay to themselves and mind their business but helpful if needed, only problem with these apartments is the MOLD, YES MOLD, MOLD, MOLD and maintenance does what he can but it's upper management that does… nothing it's in the walls and ceilings maintenance will clean it and it just comes back within a week in my apartment it was cleaned so much with bleach or other cleaners that the paint began to crack, it upper management would take some of the money they make off the many properties they own and invest it into fixing the mold problem in this complex it would without a doubt be a excellent place to live, no roaches or rodents either, I really liked living their.

Affordable nice size apartments. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment for my family of 5. Great management and maintenance workers. Quiet neighborhood next to a grocery store.

Excellent place to live!

Spacious clean apartments. Management is excellent! Very prompt and friendly. If I have a issue, she solves it immediately. Maintenance is wonderful as well. Perfect place great price! Friendly helpful neighbors as well. I am so glad i FINALLY found a comfortable clean place to stay. I highly recommend these apartments!

Resident

Absolute WORST mistake of my life. Maintenance is slack and the leasing office rep is full of lies!!! Oh, and don’t bother calling corporate, they NEVER returns calls. Instead, the send the office members to call you back! Now would I be calling corporate if the office was doing what it’s supposed to do?! I pray your neighbors don’t have pests and move, once they do say hello to your new roommates and don’t expect the property to do ANYTHING about it. Neither do they care about your roof… literally falling in every month. Once I take these pictures to the news we’ll see what they have to say for themselves.

Nice Place!

Really like this place. A friend told me about it little over a year ago so I checked it out. Very nice with lots of closet space for a apartment. Manager is very pleasant and helpful and the maintenance people are super nice and friendly. Always fix my stuff quick, don't have to wait days or weeks to get things fixed like I did at my old apartment. Will definitely recommend this community to anyone and plan on staying here myself.
