Terrible place

I hear my neighbors above me walking. I hear every move they make. They have children whom they let run and jump off of furniture up until midnight at times. I have complained several times, yet nothing has changed. I’m sure my neighbors below me hear every step I make because how bad these floor squeak in these apartments. Parking is terrible. My car has been damaged 3 times since I’ve lived here.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand apartment living isn't for everyone, and some level of everyday noise between neighboring homes is to be expected. That said, our team has responded to each concern brought to our attention and investigated… reports as they were received. We can only take action when there is documented evidence of lease violations.

Regarding parking, we're sorry to hear your vehicle was damaged. Criminal acts committed by unknown individuals are unfortunately beyond the control of the community, but we encourage residents to report incidents to both law enforcement and the leasing office so they can be properly documented.

We wish you the best and appreciate you sharing your perspective.

Terrible Experience

I lived in Amber Ridge since 2018 and there were always issues. Overly packed parking, garbage overflow, pool is always under repair, closet sized gym space. When I finally moved out I asked multiple time to contact me when she does the walkthrough for the apartment so I can address them and avoid added charged. 2 months i waited for the walkthrough...They pushed the walk till the final day of my lease, and charged me for every minimal thing (that I could have easily addressed had she contacted… me) This place is not worth the headache

Friendly and Quick

The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. They normally always answer the phone and are genuinely happy to help with putting in work orders if needed. Because of this I decided to resign my lease with them this year.

Maintenance

I’ve lived here for almost A year and a half now and have to say they have the best maintenance crew. When maintenance is requested they come super quick. Sometimes even the same day or hour. José is very kind and respectful when working in our home.
