Beechwood Apartments

I lived here for two years and I am about to move out. The leasing office is nearly impossible to get a hold of, maintenance is a joke, the property is in need of an overhaul. Several months ago they swapped out our perfectly good appliances for the cheapest black appliances available, the dishwasher is incapable of washing more than a few dishes at a time and the fridge is now much smaller. Maintenance does somewhat regular inspections but don’t do anything that I can see, my air filters need… to be changed and I have lights that have been out for months that I ended up replacing. When you call maintenance they never let you know when they will be in your apartment and never leave a note to let you know they had been there. There is only one dumpster that is almost constantly overflowing and the pool always seems to open late and close early and is never clean, there are always tons of bugs and leaves and it is typically discolored. I have bugs in my kitchen despite every effort on my part to get rid of them and who knows if the office ever got my many emails regarding this because they have never responded. I've always wanted to live in this area. Beechwood was the best pick so affordable and very nicely kept. The leasing process was smooth and easy. I was showed my actual unit. Great customer service. Its been months in my place and I'm still happy about choosing Beechwood as my home!

Ever since management changed here, this place has gone to shame. The trash is left everywhere and they leave it overflowing constantly. Management is horrible here, they lie to people about answering phones because no one ever answers the phone here and the door is always locked to the leasing office. You're lucky if you can get in contact with them. This is the last year I will be here, I have to move away from this place as soon as possible.

Courtney was so much help! She made this process very easy and was very polite. She even showed me my actual unit, when paying my deposit. super excited about moving in!!
