Maintenance completed after second request My first request explained what was wrong with the ceiling fan but the maintenance department closed the ticket stating there was nothing wrong with the fan. I had to call the office to let them know that there was in fact an issue with the ceiling fan and explain what was wrong. MyAsia did a great job of handling the situation and was able to get the maintenance team to go back and fix the issue.
