Excellent service!!! Maintenance showed up to my apartment within 1-2 hours after I submitted my work order. My issue was taken care of. Maintenance guy was super nice!

Excellent Job Dre and Jerry were AMAZING! My service requests are always handled and managed in a timely, respectful, and efficient manner. These gentlemen consistently demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service, and a genuine willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything is completed properly and with care.
Every interaction I have had with them has been pleasant, and they always communicate clearly while maintaining a positive attitude. Their reliability, attention... to detail, and dedication to providing quality service truly stand out. It is refreshing to work with individuals who not only take pride in their work, but also make customers feel valued and heard throughout the entire process.
I truly appreciate all of their hard work, patience, and commitment to excellence. Dre and Jerry are a great representation of outstanding customer service, and their efforts definitely do not go unnoticed.

Quick turnaround time I placed about 5 requests at once the night before, maintenance came the next day and early around 9:30am. My place feels new again thanks to the fixed requests now .

Great place to live, but they will gouge you for money if they get a chance. I love living here but they will do things i dont agree with. They will put stickers on your car if their choice for parking enforcement deems your car is not up to legal standards such as tags or taxes which they have no legal authority to determine. I lived here for three years and the cheap little fob they gave me broke and fell off my keychain. They charged me $50 for a replacement. They also never do anything about... the majority of the pet owners that don't clean up after their pets. They also do not inform the residents of criminal activity that could possibly affect their safety.
