Overall, this is a good place to live — it’s close to the university, convenient for students, and the apartments are clean and comfortable. Maintenance is generally responsive, and the area feels safe. However, the emergency response system needs improvement. I was once locked out not because I forgot my key, but because my key card stopped working, and I had to spend the night at a friend’s place due to lack of immediate help. If it had been a regular lockout, I would’ve been charged $175,... which feels unfair when the issue is caused by a system failure. Also, I renewed my lease and was promised a gift card as part of the renewal offer, but even though the general move-in was in August, I still haven’t received it, and it’s now almost November. Overall, it’s a good and convenient place to live, but management should improve emergency response and ensure promised incentives are delivered on time.
