I would currently give my experience with the apartment rental process 4 out of 5 stars. So far, the process has been pretty smooth and straightforward. The information provided about the apartment was helpful, and the application and leasing process were fairly easy to understand. The staff has been friendly and professional when answering questions, which made the experience less stressful. I also appreciate how quickly I was able to get information about availability, pricing, and the next... steps for moving forward. There were a few minor things that could have been communicated more clearly, and I think having more detailed information throughout the process would make the experience even better. However, overall, I am satisfied with how everything has gone so far. I have not moved in yet, so I cannot speak about the apartment itself, but my experience with the rental process has been positive.

It’s not bad, at first I thought it was gonna be scary but I enjoy it! I haven’t really gotten into the community part but the people I’ve met have been nice!

I've had a generally positive experience living at Cottages at Greensboro. The community is usually quiet, and the location is convenient for getting around town. The staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed assistance, and maintenance requests are typically handled in a reasonable amount of time.

Like any apartment community, there are occasional issues, but overall it's been a comfortable place to live. The amenities are nice, and the property is kept in decent condition. I... think there's still room for improvement with communication and upkeep in some areas, but I'd recommend it to anyone looking for student-friendly housing in Greensboro.

There should be discounts for the renewal of the lease for those who are already in the cottages. It is not fair if one new one and one old one getting the same rent for the renewal. I think it will attract existing people in terms of renewal
