Things are ok in the community. The residence take some getting use to though. I have to remind them to clean up behind themselves and take their over flowing trash out before they attract bugs. The kitchen is constantly dirty and because of that, I have never cooked in there. I can honestly say that the only time I ever go in there is to wash something out. I like my room but wish I had a place all to myself.

The experience has improved since moving in. I was concerned about the condition of the unit as it was not move-in ready when we arrived, but the issue was ironed out.

Overall, my experience living at Cottages Apartments has been positive. The community is generally quiet and comfortable, and I have enjoyed the atmosphere during my stay. The only concern I had was at the beginning of my residency, when maintenance responses were not as fast as I expected. However, I have noticed a clear improvement recently, and service requests are now handled more efficiently. It is encouraging to see that management has worked to improve in this area. With the recent... progress in maintenance response times, my overall satisfaction has increased.
