Subpar Apartments

These apartments are subpar. A friend of mines just moved in and they are already back peddling on things they advised him they would address after he moved in. The lighting on the side of the building does not illuminate when walking towards the building at night so the entryway is dark and it bad enough that the side of the building is backed up to a wooded area so that is a BIG safety concern. And one of the windows is not clear where you can see out of it another safety issue. Both things he… brought to they attention during the initial walk through or after the he moved in and they said they would fix it. They originally said they would address the window now they’re saying the window would cost $700 replace so he has to live with it. And he has reported the light issue three times since he has been there in a months time, still broken. Needless to say when the lease is up so will his occupancy.
