Never rent with them. When we left, they made up many unreasonable charges without considering any wear and tear. Very bad people to deal with.

You will not get your deposit back. You get charged for everything. Office staff is nice when you go to rent but then get very nasty. Has gone downhill over the last 2 years.

Love it here. If you allow yourself to see it , there is a great sense of community . Always people out walking dogs . Kids playing outside. They have been doing community events for a while now. There is good mix of people and age groups.

High price. Low features. Extreme cost when you move out. I’ve been the victim before but this time I’ve got a lawyer. I’d recommend every tenant get a lawyer.

There’s no parking here and they let people park on the grass the plants and on small curves which impedes traffic.

Some people pay less some people pay more but most people leave their trash in the hallways and their clothes too. There’s a high level of animals but a low level of space for them. My apartment was USED when I got it.... This company needs to add more amenities. Keep the roadway clear and parking lot with ONLY approved vehicles as they charge for that but don’t enforce it. The office staff and maintenance staff are very professional and make sure your problems are solved in a timely manner. I have never had an issue at all. The grounds are very well kept, there are dog stations all over the place to ensure proper clean up after pets. The pool area is so spacious, it is very nice having the country feel while having stores close by. There are always kids out playing and adults walking, it is so friendly.
