Great First Apartment Near UNCG

I have lived at Reynolds Place Apartments for a year and couldn't be happier. The workers are always friendly and responsive. Even better- the maintenance staff is onsite and always happy to help at any time. My washing machine gave out, but they ordered and installed a new one immediately. I feel safe and respected at this complex. The only utility they don't include is electricity, which is a steal for the price. Couldn't recommend more!

Great/Helpful Staff

This is my second year at Reynolds’s Place. I have renewed and wanted to express my gratitude for how helpful the staff if. I had troubles after hours and the management/maintenance staff was onsite to help that same night. I will always appreciate that. I feel safe here and appreciated as well. Thanks guys.

Great experience so far at Reynolds Place Apartments!

Had an easy move in experience with staff that were very helpful. The apartments are within walking distance from several bars and UNCG campus. Also feels very secure with video monitoring and security pin-codes. Compared to apartments I've lived at in the past, Reynolds Place manages to have a very calm environment while still being close to campus. Highly recommend!
