RUN!!!! You pay high cost in rent and all u get is having to lease appliances, rude front off, sorry property manager, AND THE WORST MAINTENANCE CREW EVER!!!!!!

The manager of this apartment is a jerk. My grandfather is a elder man just turned 70 to be exact with heart problems. November rent was paid with receipts to show it. January 11th comes and I checked the mailbox for him. Boom, he has an eviction notice for November’s rent which was paid in November and had about 10 hours to remove his stuff from the apartment. The apartment Manager was rude, she was not willing to go back and look over her mistakes. She was not willing to follow the CDC,… Previously someone applied my rent onto someone else’s account which was another issue by itself. If I’m being honest with you, I think that’s where November’s rent is....on someone else’s account because we sure have receipts. I just would not recommend. Neighborhood full of dog poop, gun shots at night, loose dogs that just run the apartment complex free. DO NOT MOVE HERE they are a RAT infested community. The maintenance is very lazy and they do half jobs. The office staff don’t do the job that they was hired to do . I’ve been living here for 3 months and it was the BIGGEST mistake of my life. I have had to call MULTIPLE times of the same issues and they still didn’t come out until the health inspector was called. They don’t clean up around trash cans like suppose to. They will cut the phones before closing and they’re VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Manager & Staff Horrible !!!!! Nothing gets fixed properly. Not a caring staff at all. Trash outside all the time not getting cleaned up. No painting or fixing of the outside of the apartments like it should. The maintenance staff is very lazy. They do half job work. The manager Terry isn’t managing the property as a manager should. She claims to always be busy but when you go to the office. She’s just sitting at the desk. Not doing anything. If anyone calls her she never returns calls about… complaints. Nothing gets done over here since this new management with Terry. She said things would get fixed up over here a year ago & nothing has been done. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place!!!! Read More
