The office staff often had no idea what they were doing, frequently gave contradictory information to the manager, and rarely followed through on any apartment-related requests. Between a significant amount of roaches, trash and dog poop everywhere, ignored maintenance issues, paper-thin walls, and disrespectful treatment by staff, living here was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

What a disgusting place to live. When I moved in, I could tell what the last person had done in the toilet and spent an hour in the bathroom cleaning up hair (not from a head). The patio was filled with junk/trash from the previous renter. After two months of being told it would be cleaned, I took care of it myself. I found black mold behind the dryer, which had been making everyone sick. It took a month (at least) for anyone to look at it. Cigarette butts and dog poop litter the grass, making... walking my dog miserable. Management is awful, and I have had some odd encounters with the former manager. At 11:55 am on Saturday, I went to the office to get an important package and it was closed (Sat. hours 10 am-2 pm). The internet NEVER works, which is really inconvenient for a student. The management staff are very great especially Miss Jennifer she makes you feel like you are family she makes you feel like you’ve known her your entire life she goes above and beyond she will definitely help you find a solution a positive solution to any problem because she makes sure that you know that you the resident comes first she makes you feel at home she makes you feel like you are a part of her real family
