I have lived here for over 7 years and I can not think of a better place to live. The staff is wonderful and helpful. I have great neighbors too! It is clean spacious. I have had plenty of compliments on my home and how quiet it seems to be. There are several floor plans to choose from. Check this place out and you will not be disappointed.

Incredibly impressed with this property & their management staff. They all went above and beyond to help me as a potential renter, and so far I haven’t had any other complex in Greenville come close to providing the service that they have to me! I have been on the fence about which complex/apartment I want to choose, & after having my previous option fall through, I am very much considering choosing this complex just based on the outstanding service their management team provided. It’s very... representative of the type of service they will also likely provide as a future resident, and that means a lot to me as a renter! Thank you guys for being so awesome!

The park is so beautiful, safe, and has a calming effect. The staff is terrific! Their response time and completion to any request I've submitted are well above and beyond anything I've experienced elsewhere! They are super friendly, professional, and efficient. They make living here easy. I love living here more so than anywhere else I've ever lived.

I love this community!!! So close to all the main attractions in Greenville and I feel so safe living alone here. The office staff have always been so cordial and helpful. I would recommend Meridian Park to anyone looking for a nice, safe, and quiet community to stay for a while. I plan to stay here for as long as I am able!
