terrible
Incredibly poor management. Cannot get anyone to answer a phone, respond to an email or a maintenance request done through the resident portal. The “emergency maintenance” phone number they have posted on the office door .. it’s disconnected. The exterior lights were out in my building for over 6 months, was told “they had no idea they were out” but I know that’s a lie. As I reported it multiple times and I know my neighbors did too. I’ve lived here a little over a year and we’ve had at least 3... maybe 4 different property managers.
One point last summer, the grass wasn’t mowed for almost 2 months. The grass got so tall and overgrown. My heat pump was replaced the first week I moved in, I have had nothing but issues with it since. Put a request in over a month ago to replace a broken sink stopper .. nothing. Not even an acknowledgment that they received the request. No return of phone calls or emails. It’s ridiculous.
Don’t waste your time or money here.
