Incredible Maintenance Team

Recently had my HVAC system changed out. Maintenance worked hard, smart, and diligently for hours. Jay was the lead technician and he worked tirelessly to get the job done. He came back to button up a few things as promised. He cleaned up behind himself and was a complete professional through the process.

Right at Home!

My boyfriend and I moved in at the end of April. So far, everything has been amazing! Kelly and Angel in the office are so nice and thoughtful. I love that they don't have any breed restrictions for pets, as we have an English Pitbull Terrier that is so sweet but most places wouldn't accept him since he's mixed with a Pitbull. I'm very excited to live in this community. I feel welcomed and very safe.

Great place to call “Home” Super Service & Personnel

I live here! I am very satisfied and happy to call this place home. This community is quiet and extremely beautiful. Grounds are well kept everyday! Caring, Friendly office staff and accommodating to our needs, quick to attend to any problems that arise. Located amongst grocery stores, restaurants and great school districts if you have children. Deep River Pointe offered amenities that most communities did not.

I LOVE THIS PROPERTY

This property is quite and clean they have a brand new gym here they have a river that you can fish in a tennis court and a pool they also have restaurants and gas stations,shopping centers nearby everything is convenient they have one and two bedrooms available the staff in the office is so nice and welcoming and it smells good when you walk in there too I can't wait to move in next week

Quiet, Pleasant, Convenient

The office staff is courteous and helpful. The maintenance team is responsive. The grounds are well maintained. It’s quiet; the neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. The pond nearby is a delight. It’s convenient to shopping and to both High Point, Greensboro, and Winston Salem. I enjoy it here quite a lot and can recommend it highly.
