One of the worst places to rent, there is better place for your money, the management is one of the worst in the area, if you have problem the would never fix,

A very nice place to live
I have lived in jamestown manor apartments for 3 years now and when apartment dynamics took over property management they came in with the mindset that they were going to make Jamestown Manor a preferred property to live. Well, they have accomplished just that. The friendly and responsive office staff and maintenance staff are easily a 5 star rating. I will miss these folks and their attention and true desire to make everyone happy and make Jamestown Manor a safe and desirable place to live. ... I must tip my hat especially to Emily and the new leasing manager. Thank you Emily for helping.

Beautiful
I am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment and the apartment I saw today is beautiful. I’m applying on line and planning to move in next weekend. The manager was very nice, and also knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. My daughter really fell in love with her too. We can’t wait to move in!

Don't Rent Here
You can find a better place for your money. The new pictures of renovations is a gimmick because the actual outside of the buildings are falling apart. NO playground (old pictures). NOT WORTH the price. I live here and can't wait to get out. The wooded area and creek is full of trash. Garbage containers near buildings and in the heat of the summer the stink comes through your closed windows.

Don't rent here been here 3 years can't wait until lease runs out. Maintenance is non-existent. Office personnel are rude and arrogant. Garbage thrown all over parking lot. Children's play area overgrown and snake infested. Garbage in creek running through property. Do not care about tenants.
