NorthPoint at 68

I recently have had the pleasure of living at NorthPoint at 68, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. From the moment I moved in, the staff made me feel welcomed and supported, and the entire complex has exceeded my expectations in every way.

Beyond wonderful!

NorthPoint at 68 is the place to be!!
Beautiful apartments, VERY spacious . Hands down the BEST staff around!
Marie was so beyond helpful, she made the entire process stress free, and easy, very communicative, and prompt with requests. Very friendly and personable too, every interaction ends in laughter, i truly am looking forward to my residence here ! If you’re looking for a great place to rent, I’d HIGHLY recommend NorthPoint at 68. 10/10 WOULD Recommend! Also HUGE shoutout to Deedee as... well, she is equally as wonderful and helpful!

Maintenance Team!!!

I am writing because I had three issues happen in one day. My AC was frozen, my toilet chain broke and my electric outlet on the end of the bar stopped working and it was Friday at 5pm. I called the after hours emergency number. DeeDee called me right back and kept calling me early the next morning! Brian was at my apartment at 1:30 on Saturday afternoon just the time that he said he would be here. All three issues were fixed within 10 minutes! This is excellent service and I am very... thankful! This is a great team!

GREAT place to live

If you’re looking for a place close to the highway, shopping, and pet friendly then this is place for you. This quiet community is conveniently located near I-40 with the Palladium up the street.
These well-kept apartments have friendly office staff and maintenance who responds quickly. Valet trash is a plus for me.
I absolutely love it here!
