Great community with unwanted packages.

So far I have enjoyed living at Cadence at Cates Creek, nice pool, gym just got renovated, safe place to live. Only concern is this upgrades and packages they force on the tenants, my rent went up $70 from this new technology package and had no choice on whether I wanted it or not, but if I sign before the due date I saved $10. Just another way for them to raise their prices. What’s the point of a contract if they can do this every couple of months? Other then that, great place to live.

Hidden Gem

This community is tucked away from the major roads but still within a mile or two from I-40 and I-85! Only a few minutes from Downtown and the layouts of the apartments are great. I would recommend this complex to my family and friends.

poor management

The current site management team is to concerned with minor things that don't matter to most residents. Instead of sending emails about making sure kids don't use sidewalk chalk on walkways and asking residents to make sure all flower pots are on the patios instead of in the pinestraw landscaped around the patios I wished the staff worked on timely responds to maintenance requests. The lack of respect I've seen from the staff had me planning my move 4 months before my lease was up.

Poor management / overcrowded

Wouldn’t recommend moving in if you have a family or enjoy time in your own space. You can hear everything your neighbors around you are doing on top of every dog barking and loud noisy vehicle that drives by. No regulation on parking so if they run out of spaces near your building, management has basically told us we’re on our own as they don’t seem to feel a need to regulate. The ground / maintenance crew is constantly causing noise outside and make it impossible to be in your apartment during… the day random days of the week. Avaoid at all costs.
