Best apartment complex!

I moved in here back in September, and everything has been phenomenal. Great amenities, apartments are on top notch condition, during construction they've met deadlines. Maintenance on point, and the price is within market value. Office personnel is awesome, always available and willing to help you, with several events every month. Love it, and hope to stay here for a while

Best apartment I have lived in!

My girlfriend and I moved into Hawthorne on September 16th, 2022. The apartment wasn’t supposed to be ready until October 1st but they were able to complete early and let us move in! We have enjoyed all the fantastic amenities and the office staff are great. Definitely the best apartment I have lived in and the best community and staff also! Thanks Michael, Kassidy, Drew, and Noah! Oh and did I mention the maintenance requests are answered super fast?! Well they are! :) thanks for everything you… do for us Hawthorne! Oh yeah, how could I forget to mention that Hawthorne has the best dog park for our two pups!!

Amazing Apartment

I moved from out of state and the leasing process was super easy. My apartment looks even better in person and the amenities are great, too! This property is excellent

I moved here in August and I can say I have absolutely no complaints. Both the office personnel and the maintenance staff are extremely attentive and cannot do enough to make sure you are satisfied and happy. This apartment complex has everything you could want and more.
