Aventine Huntersville

I don’t enjoy living here. To be honest the apartments are small and not well updated. The neighbors are not considerate of sounds and surrounding neighborhoods. The community threaten to enforce policies but doesn’t actually do so. There is an overwhelming pot smell that despite complaints nothing is ever done. The reality is the person smokes right out in the open. So it’s not like they don’t know who it is. The trash is over flowing. The parking is absolutely horrendous. There is never... parking for residents forget trying to actually park in front of your building that’s just unseen and unheard of. Aventine wants to cavier pricing but wants to offer beer apartments. I absolutely cannot wait to get out of here. For the price which is insanely high by the way you can actually be in a much nicer and much new apt complex. Also consider the location of these apartments it’s next to Frankie’s fun park and also Walmart both of which have had multiple issues with shootings yet to my knowledge the apt doesn’t offer any additional security which means trouble can easily spill over into the community. Aventine is a well maintained community with excellent staff that are very helpful and responsive. It’s a great place to stay with the best amenities.

Aventine is great and is beautiful. Yet the lack of attention to detail to further prevent issues from happening in the future isn’t taken. Doesn’t really make me want to live here another year.

Aventine is such a great place to live! Not only is it beautiful on the inside and outside, but the management is incredible. Whenever you have an issue, they are always there to help and make it as painless as possible. I will always rave about them because they helped me in a tough situation and I will always remember that. I highly recommend Aventine as your next home!
