Ashley Park Apartments

I moved into Ashely Park Apartments on April 2022. The 1st night staying there roaches started crawling out everywhere. I’ve contacted the front office multiple times to explain what was going on. They sent someone to spray the apartment 2 times. Both times my face swelled up. I talked with the front office and they said they will try to come up with a solution to resolve the bugs. Nothing ever happened. I even called code enforcement and nothing ever happened. Months into staying there… it got to the point where I couldn’t use any of the cabinets. I eventually started putting my dishes in the fridge to keep them clean. I couldn’t use the dishwasher because there were roaches in the dishwasher. Which was there when I moved in but I didn’t realize what it was until I opened up the drain part which had a bunch of dead roaches in it. My ac went out for 3 months during the summer time of 2023 and they didn’t come out. When I moved in I had new furniture. When I moved out it all had to be thrown away because there were roaches all infested and crawling in and outside of the furniture. I’ve documented everything I have pictures and videos. I have all emails sent. The lady in the front office tried to blame the infestation on the neighbors below me but if you read reviews about this complex you will see its a nasty place to reside. There were times when I was cooking and a roach would fall from the ceiling into the skillet. They were all in the microwave and the stove and the fridge. Nothing I sprayed, put down, or cleaned helped the situation. Oh and during the time the AC went out the bugs became 2x worse because of the heat. My kids were always sick and it was pretty sad to see them having to live in a situation like this. Read More
