Since moving here in March, I have had the most pleasant experience living in Bluff Ridge. Management was so helpful in my moving in process and giving me the run down on everything I needed to know. My apartment itself is clean, has a great view, and is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Truly could not ask for a better first apartment experience!!!

Safe, clean, affordable and overall great. The leasing staff are great and friendly, they don’t mind a friendly stop in and chat. They always give the dogs treats. The pool is a great amenity to have. They kept it well maintained and up to par. They’ve don’t great with new ideas like a bench in the dog park and keeping the ground work up. Nick helps with maintenance and is very quick and efficient. They always work around your schedule. The environment is great and quiet and even the neighbors... get together and do cook outs and stuff… Definitely been here a few years and recommend to everyone it’s definitely affordable and a exceptional property to live at. 100/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

Wonderful place, maintenance is always timely and solves the issues quickly. The office ladies are always nice and answer all questions about the apartments. I have been here for 2+ yrs and its the perfect place for military members, close to base but still separate so as to not deal with any issues or drama on it but also just the best distance from all the stores and downtown. I moved from texas and living here has been wonderful. My son was born here and its such a perfect area for a family... of three. The pool is amazing the basketball court is great. My only thing is the stairs but they dont cause me any issue. But the staff here are always so nice, welcoming and amazing
