Not for me
In the beginning of my lease I was impressed with the quick response of the maintenance team to address and resolve issues. My contentment with the apartment soured when I discovered mold surrounding the windows of several rooms in my apartment. I lived with this problem for months. My apartment also flooded for no apparent reason. Periodically, odors from the sink scented the kitchen. The smells from the odors were horrible and difficult to describe, but still, they were odors non-the-less. … Suffice to say, I did not re-new my lease for a second term.
