Yorkleigh Apartments is an apartment community in Jamestown, NC
In the beginning of my lease I was impressed with the quick response of the maintenance team to address and resolve issues. My contentment with the apartment soured when I discovered mold surrounding the windows of several rooms in my apartment. I lived with this problem for months. My apartment also flooded for no apparent reason. Periodically, odors from the sink scented the kitchen. The smells from the odors were horrible and difficult to describe, but still, they were odors non-the-less. ... Suffice to say, I did not re-new my lease for a second term.

Happy Place To Live
I'm impressed with friendly office staff, always a smile and kind word. Made to feel at home at Yorkleigh Apts. Maintenance is very knowledgeable and prompt to make repairs. The property is well maintained. I can pay rent online, mail it or take it by the office, my choice. I feel safe living here, easy access to job from Gate City Blvd or via I-85.

Mildew smell they will not pay to get it fixed. Half maintainece work. Things not fixed before move in date. No hot water. In order to pay rent u must drive to Greensboro no office in Jamestown. Can't wait for lease to be up!
