Application Fee: $75/applicant
Monthly Rent: $799
Security Deposit: One month of rent dependent on credit score
Monthly Fees: $5 for pest control, $10 for trash removal
Administrative Fee: $25 due at move-in

Pet Fees: Non-refundable $250/pet due at move-in + $25/pet/month
