Parking is for residents of Campbell Creek Apartments only. There is $10 per month parking fee. This parking permit must be displayed on the rear passenger side of the back window. One vehicle per resident. Guests must park in a visitor space. Please call us for our Parking information.
We allow 1 pet per single unit or 2 pets for a multiple unit lease. No aggressive breeds. Contact office for breed and weight restrictions. Small caged animals to include hamsters, guinea pigs, and gerbils are allowed. Cages and fish tanks not to exceed 3 feet in length. There is a $500 nonrefundable fee per pet plus $40 monthly rent per pet. All pets must be approved by the management.

Pope Jr. Convocation Center which primarily hosts the university’s basketball, volleyball, and wrestling games. It’s also a short walk to the new Student... Union. Aside from being so close to our Camels, we are only about 50 minutes away from Raleigh, about 2 hours drive time to the beach, and about 4 hours from the mountains. For a more local adventure, check out Raven Rock State Park that is only 30 minutes away. Of course, there are also plenty of local business within the immediate community. Our office staff is full of recommendations for anyone who is new to the area!

Still living here and loving it! My apartment is perfect and nice. Lots of natural light, cool in the afternoons, and the hallway always feels breezy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and I’m so grateful to call this place home. Would 100% recommend!

Management always has the door lock and never responds to your emails. The gym is disgusting with loose screws on the floor all around. My ac did not work for over 4 months and management said because they had not had approval to buy the part such a disappointment!

I have been here 3 years, and the location is perfect. If you are a Campbell Student, it is right across the street from Campus making walking a plus. The company and staff are attentive, friendly and responsive!

I have lived here 3 years and the staff are amazing. The location is perfect and I normally walk to class since it's so close. Highly recommend if you are going to attend Campbell University.

It has taken me 3 years to write this review, but the experience has stayed with me. My son lived in these apartments for a year and a half. He actually was rarely there in 2020 due to covid. They placed him with a roommate that had a dog. The dog was kept in a kennel in the living room and the roommate's girlfriend stayed over most of the time. It was like he couldn't move around freely in his apartment. He basically rented a room. The issue came when we tragically lost my younger son in... October of 2020 in Lillington. Understandably, my older son did not want to return to Campbell University. He dropped out that fall and the following spring semester. The management would not work with us at all. They did not let us out of the lease, so we essentially paid for an apartment that no one was occupying. It's just heart-breaking that we had to go through the emotional pain of losing a son and the financial strain on top of that. It was just a disappointing experience all around.
