$995/month: Master Bedroom and large private bathroom, queen bed, nightstand, 2 dressers, 2 walk-in closets, large professional desk.

In addition to the base prices listed above, there is a $100/month charge for utilities, high-speed Internet and administration. This rate assumes an annual lease term. For shorter lease terms, higher monthly rates will apply: +$25 for 9 months, +$50 for 6 months, +$75 for 3 months, or +$100 for 3 months initially followed by month-to-month.

This house is beautiful and large, with spacious common areas. The Beachwood neighborhood is very safe and peaceful, with a pleasant woodsy atmosphere and quiet walkable streets. Marvin is between Ballantyne, Indian Land, Waxhaw, and Weddington (just South of Charlotte). This is a very high-end area, with many beautiful houses and even mansions nearby. The schools in this area (like Marvin Ridge High School) are top-rated.

The other room renters currently at this property are mature working professionals, who maintain a clean and drama-free household.
