Sunset Terrace

Black mold EVERYWHERE! They will not fix the issue at hand, but blame you. I’ve lived here for almost 5 years suffering unknowingly and they just cover it with paint instead of fixing it even though they had a previous tenant go through this!

Sunset Terrace is a quiet family oriented community. I hated to leave for a job transfer after residing here for 5 years. Neighbors are very friendly and lookout for one another. It could use some modern updates but all in all its a great place to live. I would move back here if I ever move back to NC.

I have lived here going on two years now and love this community I call home!! Amy in the office is fabulous!! She is friendly, keeps the complex up to date and looking nice. She has always been able to address my needs and concerns, phone calls returned in a promptly fashion, and is very knowledgeable about the property. Maintenance has always been able to address my needs in a timely manner!! This is a nice, quiet, and quaint little place for reasonable price!! I would absolutely recommend!!

I live here, it’s been a great experience so far. I’ve been living here for over 10 years. It’s a great and safe community for any type of family. The manager in the office, is a very nice lady. She’s an understanding person who’s always up to date with our needs.The maintenance group has always fixed any problem that I have had. They’ve also came whenever I’ve had an emergency.
