How Is This Rating Determined?

Love it here

I always say nothing is perfect but Arka Heights comes real close. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. They come with a washer and dryer already, which is very convenient. The community is nice and quite. Any issues I've had (maintenance or otherwise) has be taken care of in a very timely manner. The fitness center is amazing for an apartment gym. Looking forward to the pool opening this summer! If I could recommend anywhere to live it would be here.
