Amazing Leasing Team!
I went to visit 150 West and was very impressed with the hospitality shown by Haylea and Jessica! I've visited several properties lately looking for a new place to live. During these visits at other properties, I was either not greeted or greeted like I was an inconvenience. 150 West has really moved up to the top of my list and if I don't end up living here, I will definitely recommend them to friends.

Not worth it
The price you pay here you can get somewhere else with a better looking apartment! The Add on fees is where they get you- Don’t do it go else where! Some of the reviews I am sure is workers for 150 West Apartments! FYI- Traffic is Horrible & you dead center of Hwy 150!

Just NO
UPDATE:
Here we are, almost into February and STILL have not heard a word from them. I have called multiple times and every time I've been told, "Okay, we will work on sending that to you as soon as we can," but yet, nothing. At this point, I have already looked into legal consul, this company needs to be shut down. There are so many new apartments in Mooresville, built within the past few years (NOT 1999) and are charging the same amount for their units. Our old unit had mold, an old, broken... A/C (that they didn't want to replace even though it broke SIX times during the two years we lived there) and broken appliances. One of my biggest regrets is EVER moving here.
I would never recommend these apartments or this company to anybody. GVA property management has multiple issues with not returning security deposits as per the Better Business Bureau website and multiple reviews as I’ve seen. I moved out and my lease ended August 31, 2022, and I still have not received my security deposit or my itemized list of damages and reasoning for why my deposit is being withheld. From the reviews and comments from past renters this seems like a widespread problem with multiple different apartment complexes owned by this company. So please, save yourself the trouble and headache, and just find a different, newer complex to rent from.
