Nice, New Apartment Complex

I’ve lived here for six months and have been pretty happy with it. Management is friendly and has always been quick to help me with any issues. Utilities being included in rent has its perks and the pricing seems fair. Pet rent is on the higher end ($50 a month for two pets), though it beats having a huge non-refundable fee at move in. Walls and floors are a bit thin, but I guess that’s to be expected from apartment living. Difficult to feel “at home” here as most people keep to themselves or… are only here temporarily, so it’s easy to feel secluded - that’s really the only hesitation I’m having with renewing my lease.
