This property is okay but trust me you can find a better one. For starters, we had bug problems constantly. There is barely any parking whatsoever. You are not allowed to have any animals but some people have cats. They claim it is newly renovated but it is not. Yes, it is a cheap place but you have better luck finding a different place.

Me and my husband has never lived here. But My husband *at that moment boyfriend* applied there in november 2017 and was told he could move in next month.
Next month arrives and the lady says "No, actually mid January!".
My husband calls her mid january and tells her he wants to add me to the application.
So me and my husband goes all the way down to Newton *we live in Charlotte* to apply another couples application. She tells us mid february.
Mid february comes and she tells us, "Really,... Y'all are first on my list! I just don't know the availability date because I can't find a maintenance guy."

But I think she was leading us on for who knows what reasons. She probably just wanted application fee money. Which is stupid. There is really no reason for her to lie to us that long. But me and my husband were looking around too since almost the beginning. Just don't waste your time with her and don't get lied to like she did to us.
