Private Bathrooms, Steps From Campus

This property is extremely close to campus and comes with private bathrooms. Compared to the shared on-campus bathrooms and the rent on-campus properties charge, this property is a no brainer. The old management is gone, and starting in 2026, a completely new and responsible team will be in charge of the property. More upgrades are on the way!

A Place That Truly Feels Like Home

Living at The View has been an amazing experience! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by both the staff and the community. The office team is always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I have a question or need assistance.

One of my favorite things about living here is how clean and well-maintained the property is. The amenities are a huge bonus, and it’s clear that the team works hard to make sure residents have a comfortable place to call home. I also love the resident… events—they’re a great way to meet new people and make living here even more enjoyable.

The location is another major advantage. Being so close to campus makes getting to class incredibly convenient, and having nearby restaurants, shopping, and other essentials saves so much time.

What really sets The View apart is the sense of community. The staff genuinely cares about the residents, and you can tell they put effort into creating a welcoming environment. I highly recommend The View to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and friendly place to live. I’m so glad I chose to make this my home while pursuing my education.

Clean property great staff

I started staying here this year. The staff and maintenance are super friendly and have great events. The pool clean and office knows men when I come for packages which makes me feel at home.
