The View at Pembroke is an apartment community that may offer shared living in Pembroke, NC
The new ownership and management have really turned this place around. They are responsive, easy to work with, and seem genuinely interested in helping residents. The location can't be beat. Right across the street from the university, esp the business school and the upcoming school of allied health sciences. Management has confirmed that there will be major unit upgrades coming this year, and i am already planning to renewing for next year.

Within two years there has been three different managers. None of these managers sufficed and living here has been one inconvenience after another because of it. Do not recommend

Terrible customer service
The manager does not know how to provide good customer service and insists on providing the resident wrong; she let me know since I could not prove who took it, there was nothing they could do about it. Maintenance willingly left the door unlocked when I was not there, and since they did that, something was stolen so it was their fault. Maintenance does not know how to lock the doors after finishing the job or respect resident's items.
