best option in Pembroke/Lumberton
This complex is by far the best option for renters in Pembroke/Lumberton. It is a new complex so it's well kempt and the units are new/modern. It is a big complex built with sidewalks throughout, so it's one of the only places in the area that's safe for walks. It is the most expensive option in the area (but affordable if you have a regular income), so tenants seem to be all working professionals or families. Any time I have a maintenance issue they respond promptly (though maintenance workers... just changed, so this may change). So the upside is that it is definitly the best option in the area and has nice amenities. The following are the downsides I can think of: management is ALWAYS changing (which effects tenants because the online portal for payments, etc. changes), I've lived here for 2 years and have had 3 management companies. The pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, which does not make sense in a region where it remains hot for several months before and after those dates. There are SEVERAL buildings in this complex and only one trash disposal area, which is located in one of the corners of the complex, so it's a far walk considering you are carying your trash (most people end up driving their trash). Overall, the upsides definitly outweigh the downsides and I would highly recommend this complex.
