The primary bedroom has a California king and none of the beds have footboards. All bedding is washed in hot water between guests. No more than 4 vehicles are allowed to be parked in the driveway. Fires are only allowed in the firepit and not during county burn bans. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Bagged trash only should be placed in the outside trash cans. Audio and video are recorded on the exterior of the property 24/7.
