While charming on the outside, the interior is a whole other issue… The stairwells are consistently covered in hair and dirt, despite claims that they are supposed to be cleaned monthly. The laundry room is filthy, with multiple washers and dryers that have been out of service for over a year. Underneath my kitchen sink smells and looks terrible, and the oven is in poor condition—it burns everything, the knobs are confusing to use, and it’s oversized for the kitchen space. Additionally, the… bathroom walls, particularly in the shower area, are deteriorating. Although someone attempted to patch them, the repair appears insufficient, and the walls seem like they could collapse at any moment.

We’ve really enjoyed living at Cameron Court. It’s nice to be within walking distance of downtown. I’ve never lived anywhere with such an attentive and professional maintenance staff. Any concerns we have our swiftly addressed. The courtyard is wonderful and has created a beautiful community amongst residents. Thank you!

I've been at Cameron Court for almost 6 years now & I still love the community. I love the character of the apartment & you can't beat the incredible courtyard. The location is also PERFECT; I enjoy my ever growing bubble downtown! The community team replies quickly and has been easy to deal with over the years.
