Excellent Maintenance Service

I want to give a big thank you to Nelson for his excellent maintenance service. He was professional, helpful, and made sure the issue was handled properly. I appreciate his hard work, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond to get everything taken care of. Great service and highly recommend!

Maintenance an office staff

New Knowledgeable maintenance team, and new friendly firm office staff have changed the living environment at Chandler Ridge, it’s becoming a peaceful quiet enjoyable place that is positive. New ownership has made my experience living here much more enjoyable and pleasant. Thank you very much to the new maintenance team always addressing all of my issues quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the office staff for being firm and understanding. I appreciate all of you.

Service was great a good team out here now I've been here 11 years stay at apartment 3612 Chandler ridge circle

Very disappointed

This place is horrible. The management doesn’t care about their tenants. I have so many problems with the ac unit during the summer. I’ve had water leaks in the restroom twice. Neighbors are loud especially when walking through their apartment. I hear them soon as they get home stumping and slamming doors. Would not recommend to anyone. I wish I would’ve believed the reviews I read before I moved in.
