Toured these apartments recently while considering moving to Raleigh. The location is great, close to downtown but tucked back a bit so that the complex itself isn’t too busy or noisy. The leasing manager, Nicole, took the time to show me around and even gave me some suggestions on local spots to check out while I was in the area. I was impressed by all the amenities- everything looks new, clean and high quality. And there’s a fancy coffee machine in the lobby which is always a plus!

When I visited just the other day, the staff was so pleasant and helpful. It is obvious that they care about their apartments and want their residents to have the best experience possible. There's a gorgeous pool, game room, comfortable lounge area, and office spaces for residents! Plus the neighborhood that Solis Hills is located in is absolutely darling! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment complex in a convenient location that feels like home.
