Loud plumbing banging noise in bedroom wall

I have been at link for about a month now, apartment itself is great with very attentive leasing and maintenance team. HOWEVER, the plumbing work is poorly done that whenever someone turns on the hot water, loud constant banging noise comes from the bedroom wall at 5:00am to 5:30am. The management team considers this as an non-urgent maintenance and it has been going for a week now. I am a pretty heavy sleeper, I sleep thru the train noise, but this banging noise is so bad that it gives me a... shock to wake me up. I will be updating this review once I get a resolution, hopefully soon.

Thank you for your kind words about our leasing and office team. We sympathize with you and understand noise can be frustrating. We made every effort to respond to your concerns promptly once it was brought to our attention. On Friday our Service... Manager and Property Manager walked your unit as well as the two units above you. We ran the water from both kitchens and bathrooms to see if we could recreate the noise with no success. With that being said, as we discussed on Friday afternoon Jimmy will further investigate today where in the wall the noise could be coming from. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve your concerns.
