I read several negative reviews. All were months before I moved in (9/23/2022). I could not relate. Office team was great, and apartment is spaciuos. Price quite competitive. Had 3 service calls and all were addressed very timely. Location is close to a LOT of stores, restaurants, and services, yet quiet at night. A great find.

I get that certain things come with any place lived in by another person, but when you raise the price of rent by $200 + and hardly anything has been added to make the apartment better, you constantly see bugs and roaches even after the exterminator sprays, the windows "sweat" year round causing some kind of mildew on all the window seals it makes the living experience terrible. The are better apartments in the surrounding area if you're able to afford it. The only reason my girlfriend and I… renewed the lease is because despite the increase it's still cheaper than everywhere else. Been with MAAC corporation for 4 years but this has been the worst property I’ve experienced! As a disabled veteran the living experience has been very triggering walls are thin the thumping and slamming of doors from surrounding apartments is overbearing, fights, neighbors with domestic disputes requiring the law has happened four times! Any maintenance service request submitted don’t expect it to get handled for a couple weeks. But absolute last straw was when I went to get services… compensated due to employment with certain carrier that were/typically compensated with MAAC but “this complex special” yeah it is special ok, specially overpriced, dirty, and noisy. *WARNING* We had a TERRIBLE and LOUSY experience with the leasing team, where they do not care about prospective customers. We got a price and could not fill out an application because of website issues--Site manager DANIEL did not send us an application as promised within 24 hours and said he would honor that first price. We email and call them the same day, and NO ANSWER or NO FOLLOW UP. The next day we have to fill out another form, then do not hear back for four days. We show up, and THEY… BLAME US for having technical issues and DISHONOR the original price, wanting to charge about $300 MORE PER MONTH on the price.
