Great new apartments, Excellent service!

Tiara & Mark in the office are warm & friendly and always happy to help. Rich & Gabe, maintenance staff are quick & efficient. The layout of the apartment provides a spacious airy place. Plenty of large windows. The pool is just a few steps away for a refreshing dip on a hot summer day. The gym is right next door. Conveniently located near all types of shopping.

Great community

I’ve lived here for 9 months and have had a great experience! The community is very nice, clean, and quiet. Mark and Tiara have been very quick to resolve any issues and the maintenance team is always on top of requests.

Beautiful New Apartments & Great Perks – So Glad I Moved Here!

Living at Madison Wakefield has been such a great experience so far. The apartments are brand new and absolutely beautiful—everything feels fresh, modern, and really well thought out. Getting 2 months of free rent when I moved in was a huge plus and made the whole process even better.

Any time I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been super quick to respond, which I really appreciate. And the office staff is always friendly and easy to talk to—they’ve made settling in so much easier. Overall, I’m… really happy here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new place!

Great location and helpful staff

Madison Wakefield is in a great location. It’s super close to restaurants and shops, and there is a Harris Teeter right across the street too. Maintenance is always fast, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful too!
