okayish

Staff is super nice and the monthly events are great. However, if you move in I would not suggest anywhere on the 4th floor. The scent they have running in the clubhouse and common areas is pungent and not in a good way. Luckily I didn’t live on that floor but just going to the gym gave me a headache. Also the package room uses Luxer lockers but there are not nearly enough for everyone so most packages are just stacked on the floor with no organization in an unlocked mailroom.

Luxury label with none of the feel

Since this platform has a character limit I’m going to keep this short by saying check my Google review. If you want luxury please check other properties in North Hills as there are plenty to choose from that give a luxury feel.

Great Community

We are new to this area and toured this place a few weeks ago. The location is perfect and we loved how close it is to restaurants. The manager was so nice and inviting. She gave us a tour and was very knowledgeable about the area and what new is coming to the area. The whole complex is beautiful and we loved the pool area as well
