HUGE ROACH PROBLEM!

I will start with the good, the leasing ladies & maintenance staff are fantastic and very kind. That’s all that is good. Anyways, I promise, you will move in, think everything is great & you will start seeing german roaches - every single unit here has this problem and don’t let them tell you otherwise (I heard that from the pest control man’s mouth). I have had to clear my apartment for what they call a “roach out” twice, and have had MULTIPLE sprays from pest control, it does not work -… especially because they don’t do all units so we are essentially just passing the roaches back and forth. Besides that, the grounds are gross, stairwells are gross, trash bags build up outside (I guarantee mice are next on their pest list). Parking stinks, if you come any time after 5pm you will not get a spot close to your unit; no fun when you have groceries and/or children. You can hear every single time your neighbors door slams, anytime they take a step in their unit - horrible. Appliances are outdated, paint is outdated. You can find SO MUCH better for the price.

Absolutely Amazing

I am absolutely happy with my new home. Mrs. Brenda, Mrs. Lee, & Ms. Ava were all wonderful. They were very assertive to my needs and what I wanted in my home. They are so nice! I must say the apartments look like in person what they look like online. They are very spacious and nice. The neighborhood is really nice. I have not had any issues with anything. I’m so glad that I came across this place. I love it so much. It’s a very calm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend!

Comfortable, Clean and Safe

I really enjoyed my one bedroom apartments it overlooked the pool and was very spacious with in unit laundry. I also love the private patio.

Unsafe!! Run away !!

Lived at Perry Point for 3 years and these apartments have really went downhill. As mentioned in another post, there were 2 shootings where someone was murdered and the other one where someone literally shot up a apartment ON THE SECOND FLOOR!! I heard both incidents and it has really caused me so much anxiety and emotional stress. You don’t even feel safe to walk at your door, especially at night! Plus they leave the door with the bullet holes still up. What resident wants to look at that… everyday?! Please run away fast and find somewhere else to spend your money. Leasing office is rude but only wants to smile and be concerned when potential residents are around.

Here at Perry Point, our leasing staff always aims to be approachable, professional, and kind, I'm very sorry if that didn't reflect in your experience. I urge you to please call the office as soon as possible to schedule a meeting to discuss your… concerns further. In the meantime, I’d like to clarify, the replacement door had to be specially ordered from a 3rd party vendor which took up to two weeks to get here. Just yesterday, the door was delivered, hung, and painted! I look forward to hearing from you.
