Please be careful!

I don’t know if the management office was bad or the people in the office were.
I reported leaks, bugs, rats and thieves. They didn’t replied to me for 1.5 months, then they let me wait for another month. When I asked the maintenance guys when they were chatting and laughing at the lawns, they said they were never assigned to fix my apartment. Some of my electric device broke because of bugs and rats. The office never toke responsibility and they changed the management (2023-2024). They forced... us to move out then charge you extra money! So cruel.

A huge mistake

An absolute horror show. Do not even give this place a chance. Since moving in it has been nothing but terrible. To start the floors are all warped and coming up, constantly dealing with cockroachs and other bugs crawling up through the floor boards, the bathroom sink is falling off the wall and so much more. The worst part is noone will answer my calls or emails. And when you try to call, it hangs up on you. Oh and my ac is not working but there is no where to put in for a work order and its... 95! I wish I could post all my photos and videos of how disgusting and terrible this place truly is. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Don’t be fooled by Pictures.

When they say renovated apartments, they simply mean painted apartments. The management is very unprofessional and rude to the point they treat you like you not paying your rent. You better look somewhere else and yourself a lot of headaches.

Do not be fooled by the pictures

- Ask the office to do a tour of the exact place before you pay the NON refundable application and deposit.
- Maintenance is non existent. I replace my own filters and I pay for my own pest control services because I'm stuck on a year lease.
- Lastly, realize that those are the pre 1970 homes with a touch up renovation. The $250 electrical is usual and hearing your neighbors shewing sound is casual. Yes the walls are that thin.

Not recommend

I applied and paid app fee and admin fee. Never heard a word back other then the company who ran the credit check.
This property management never answered my 3 emails asking if the status of my application.

They took my money and ran.
