Awful.

Ran by a manager whos best friends with thugs who key vehicles. Claims to fix the problem by getting a cop to sit in the parking lot at night but doesnt. Apartment inspections are almost weekly. Loud music all through the day. People smoke weed and the smell absorbs the building. Kids run around unattended outside. Track mud all through the walkway outside. Toys and trash in the parking lot. Id leave 0 stars if i had the option to.
