Crown Point at Sunset Drive - Salisbury

Enjoyed the apartment aside from the bugs. People outside the apartment will dump their garbage and furniture at the dumpsters. Residents don’t pick up after their animals and some dogs are off leash as well. Random people will use the pool as well. The management doesn’t do anything to alleviate the issues other than email the residents. Maintenance guy is great and is quick to fix issues. Overall, made me want to never live in apartments anymore

We recently tried to rent here and it was a headache to get everything set up. We were contacted roughly 20 times on things we need to do instead of having everything in one easy email. In the end, we didn't even get the apartment because corporate sold it before the landlord could hold it for us. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere

I am trying to schedule an appointment to get an in-person tour but the leasing office has made no effort to contact me after sending several emails. When I contact them on phone, I am being asked to leave my information and they will send it to the leasing department but no one has gotten back to me. This has occurred three times now and no one has reached out to me. I moved in here recently and even the process to go through to get the place was easy to do. I even have an emotional support dog and management was super helpful to accommodate our needs to move in. Management was super helpful to my every need and very responsive. Maintenance is always there at least the very next day if you have a problem and super friendly. The amenities such as the pool are always kept in great condition and always kept clean. The people living in the community are also… very friendly and outgoing.
